Ordered on the app. Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. Guy said he would finish up the current order he was working on. I said no problem and went and sat down. By the time He was done, my pickup time had passed. While he was checking the customer out, a very good looking girl came in. Instead of attending to my order, he then took her order which took almost 10 minutes. He finally starts my order and I ask him why he would take the person that just came in before my order which I placed 20 minutes before, and my completed time had passed. He said he was supposed to take the in-store orders before the online orders, I explained to him that yes it was an online order, but I was actually in the store 5 minutes before her. Her then became very defensive, made my sandwiches, was very rude and just keep telling me to leave - no apology for anything at all. Looking at other reviews it appears there are other similar experiences at this location. Since I eat at least 3 times at other Subways during the week, I would highly recommend you avoid this location. This is the employee.
