Went through the drive thru to order lunch, and used the automated ordering screen. On there, they had 3 choices for wraps, but in reality they only had one in the store. My wife and I found this out when we got our order. As we were at the window getting our food, the person was not friendly in the greeting, pushed the payment machine out the window at me, and handed food out the window then immediately closed it without another word. My wrap was missing sauce on it. I decided to go into the store and mention the choices of wraps to which the employee said that they only had one. I said it might be good to fix that for people ordering and the response was that they just have no control over that. That might be true, but someone does have to have control and it’s a note that could be passed along. That was not offered. Also, when it came to my wrap, I was handed a cup of sauce rather than the sauce being put on my wrap, which I brought in. Never had an experience like this before, so it really caught me off guard. Very disappointing service.
