  This particular location (32nd blue stem) needs more help. The poor guy on the register had no idea, or was still learning a ton on how to do it. And there was one other gal making ALL THE ORDERS. drive thru was closed so I went in. Help these people out! Food was delicious tho

  Went inside and was immediately greeted by an employee named Maria, who rudely asked what I needed while giving me a dismissive look. I asked her to change her gloves because she had been touching things around the oven. She gave me another look and again asked what I needed. As I gave her my order, she repeatedly asked “what else?” in an irritated, dismissive tone and continued giving me unpleasant looks. Worse, twice when vegetables fell off the sandwich onto the counter/work area, she picked them up and put them back on my sandwich. The entire interaction was rude, unprofessional, and extremely unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This is not how you treat customers or prepare food.

  I've always had a good experience at this location until today where i saw an older female manager training a younger girl. The girl put like 4 pieces of chicken breast in my sandwich. I kindly asked her to add some more, then the mean trainer manager said to me we are training her to put this amount going forward, then i just said ok we wil pass. Will never set a foot again in this location.....

  I ordered two sandwiches, waited 20 minutes minimum in the drive thru, drove all the way home to find out that they got our sandwiches completely wrong. They completely swapped ingredients and didn’t include some ingredients.
