  I’m currently out of state when I called to have my mail forwarded I don’t get all of it for some reason some of my mail is being withheld it’s appears as if it’s an joke to do that then turnaround tell me I have a lot of mail when I only received five pieces then after waiting a week calling back telling the same line only receive what was withheld the first time I also have a mailbox the fees don’t match the customer service

  The UPS store in Minot has always been super easy and convenient for me to drop returns off, mail things, etc. I recently asked them for help with a logo file I was having trouble resizing, and they went above and beyond to help me get it where I needed it. Definitely recommend.
