Love this place. Everyone is friendly, service is great, and they remember my box number as soon as I walk in. On top of all the other services ive used like, passport pictures, printing, and international mailing. Best part of having my mailing address here is i don't deal with porch pirates while im away. Its waiting when I get back from weeks on the road.

Miranda was very nice and super patient while I tried to find a QR code that I needed to return an item I purchased. She even gave my toddler a football toy to keep him occupied while I tried to get situated. Thank you Miranda for your kindness and patience!

Miranda was born to be a customer service rep!! It is a pure blessing to have someone behind the counter that has such a happy enthusiastic personality as she does. I really appreciate doing business at this UPS store. Thanks for hiring exceptionally good people. Rob Campbell

I have used this UPS store for years and have never been disappointed the staff is friendly and helpful every day. I can compare it quite strongly with the store that used to be in Williston, ND where everyone was angry and argumentative every time I went in. Kaitlyn always uses my name and greets me with a smile

Vanessa does a great job with shipping. Kaitlyn, Miranda, and Carla usually greet me by name. Mady, McKenzie, Brielle, and Tatum always have a smile. The team goes out of their way to be fast friendly and efficient. Thats why I've been a regular customer for almost 15 years.
