  I don't know what happened to this place but my last two visits were subpar. First time get to the glass at 2 in the afternoon to a sign stating everyone working was on break. Why would everyone go on break at the same time and just close the subway for break. Once they came back they started arguing with the truck stop employees in front of all the customers and once I got up to order my sandwich they were not in a good mood so service was not great. This time I'm there at 11:51am right at the beginning of lunch. Order a meatball sub, sorry we have no meatballs made right now. I could understand that at the end of lunch rush but at the beginning. But whatever order a bmt for 2 dollars more, go to pay and the machine is having problems. 5 tries and it finally accepts my card barely, it almost timed out again. 1 of these things in one stop is things happen or we had someone less than trustworthy on. But all of these things happen over 2 separate visits says something needs to change.

  Crazy guy during night time around midnight. Very slow worker and feels like he doesn’t like to work. Please respect customers guy and manager please you need to take an attention

  The guys worked on June30/2026 around 2.30pm, dont know nothing about the customer service.The sandwich wasnt properly wrapped or arranged.He just fold it and drop it in the bag carelessly.Service was very disappointing and employees making that store worst.
