  The young man working tonight (Sunday, May 17th) was one of the most friendly experiences we have had in customer service here in Minot. This subway location should be so very proud to call this very soon to be HS graduate an employee. He definitely made our night! He was attentive, kind, and easy-going. The restaurant looked very clean and well-kept. We will frequent this location more now. Good luck sir in your future endeavors and wishing you luck at the fire academy!

  Chris from the NW Subway is the best! Every time we go in we hope he is working. He always has great customer service and you can tell he takes great pride in his work!

  Very disappointing experience. The sandwich was small and barely had any vegetables, even though I specifically asked for extra. On top of that, they made my order wrong—I asked for Italian Herb & Cheese bread but got regular instead, and it wasn’t even toasted. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back.

  The food selection was messy. Everything was everywhere. Also when gave me half a cookie. Bread looked like its been farted on.
