  Beard nets? Non existent! Long hair wasn't put up either. That's disgusting and insanitary. Location beside Minot North and Marketplace, do better.

  I’m a regular customer at this Subway, and overall I enjoy coming here. The staff is usually friendly, and my orders are made quickly. The only issue is that the amount of meat and toppings can be inconsistent. Sometimes my sub is loaded and made perfectly, while other times it has much less than expected. A little more consistency would make every visit a great experience. Overall, it’s still a good place to grab a sandwich.

  The young man working tonight (Sunday, May 17th) was one of the most friendly experiences we have had in customer service here in Minot. This subway location should be so very proud to call this very soon to be HS graduate an employee. He definitely made our night! He was attentive, kind, and easy-going. The restaurant looked very clean and well-kept. We will frequent this location more now. Good luck sir in your future endeavors and wishing you luck at the fire academy!

  Chris from the NW Subway is the best! Every time we go in we hope he is working. He always has great customer service and you can tell he takes great pride in his work!
