  Absolutely terrible. I bought a watch from Amazon that apparently was fulfilled through FedEx. For some reason, someone (not me) set up “signature required”. The driver did not knock on the door but left a door tag saying they ”attempted delivery”. Once I opened the door and saw the tag, I called FedEx. After a 20 minute phone call, they reassured me that’s the driver was informed to try again and deliver my watch. 2 hours go by and I call again. Someone different said the same thing. 2 more hours go by and I call again and was told the same thing yet again. 1 more hour goes by and I call one more time . Finally spoke to a woman named Ana, and she told me that there was nothing she can do to help. She said I should have downloaded their app if I wanted the full picture, and that it was my fault to see that a signature was required and that the driver was not going to deliver my package today. EXTREMELY frustrating to be lied to by 5 FedEx employees who don’t know how to do their job and are completely useless and lie non stop and then have the audacity to ask me to leave them a good review. So, here’s my review. Hire competent workers who are actually trained to work and not lie!
