  The service and atmosphere of this restaurant is terrible. They need to renew their entire staff to people who actually want to work there and care about your food. The staff made me feel terrible about what I wanted on my subs. They completely ignored me, I felt judged, the employees there really don't care about you or your food. It's a very unwelcoming atmosphere here. The workers are completely rude and obnoxious

  First time ordering from this place online for pickup, paid $11.99 per sub with cheese missing from both, called to let them know my order wasn't right and I got thanks for letting us know, no offer to make right or discount for next time, nothing!!! Was told she personally saw cheese put on my subs ,as I'm on the phone with the sandwiches in front of me explaining there's no cheese and I would be happy to bring them in to show her if I had too, her telling me there's nothing they can do if the order is wrong, so buyer beware!!!!
