  I placed an online order to be done by 5:00. I had my boyfriend pick it up on his way home from work because it had said “completed”. He shows up and the worker hasn’t even STARTED on it. Didn’t get our food until 5:20. 20 MINS after it was supposed to be done! It’s very frustrating.

  Whoever the manager is sucks at there job, there customer service is shit. Instead of calling there employee they texted back and fourth. Time we got our actual meal they were cold. They were out of meatballs what made a huge mess. Couldn’t get a refund because the office wasn’t open, manager was rude to employee as employee was reading the texts to us. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this location. Employee was caring and nice but management made it suck

  Bob Stewart is the best worker at this store we had an issue and he went above and beyond to help us out he is the best
