  My Dr Pepper tastes like a carbonated water and my sub is like almost rock hard and they were supposed to give me a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me this..🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  I went there to pick up my order and I tried to call about it the lady I was talking to hung up on me I called back later to ask if I could speak to the owner and she told me it's impossible and hung up on me again definitely not very customer-friendly

  This is the second bad experience we've had at this Subway. 1. Put in an online order and it took well over 30 minutes for it to be fulfilled. They were fulfilling walk in orders. 2. This visit they did not provide the proper amount of drink cups (did not realize until getting home) 3. There was hardly any meat on one of the sandwitches. Last time they got an order completely wrong. Overall, unimpressed with this location. Update 4/17/2026: Ordered two sandwitches, they switched the vreads around. This is just sad. Please visit any of the other Subways here in Grand Forks, they do a much better job.
