  When I picked up my order, a portion of the bag was wet and had a strong smell of peppers. Having not ordered anything with peppers, I thought it was odd. A few minutes later, I opened the bag at home to find loose banana peppers and olives tossed in the bag. My meatball sandwich? The bread was chewy and hard to bite - I ended up just eating the meatballs... which were not portioned to even fill the bun. If there was cheese, I didn't taste or see it. Overall, it was an experience not worth repeating. The quality of food has definitely deteriorated. And, I can't help but wonder if the random vegetables, chewy bread were because I didn't tip. When I order online, pick it up myself - there are no extra services provided/needed that warrant tipping.

  I was in yesterday around noon for lunch. Went through the drive thru and I don't believe it was Ashley that was at the window. Anytime I've been to this location she has been the one helping. She's always smiling and super nice! I get a super basic sub so I don't go to subway often.
