Love this Subway. It's the only one I ever go to. The people are friendly, fast and always make our food exactly how we ordered it.

Bad service, I made an order on line for pick up last night and the guy threw me the sandwich, this is not the way to treat a customer and more when you’re handling food. Need to train your people to treat every customer same way no matter what cause I paid for my food it was not free.

My fiance went in to grab my sub from the Togo rack, & the older lady with grey hair ( pretty sure she’s the manager) swayed the cart back and fourth teasing him, stating she’s just “bored” to him. afterwards my fiancée told me how uncomfortable he was with that interaction, I went to ask her about the situation & she openly admitted to it. mind you, she saw no wrong in her actions, as I told her that was inappropriate to do with a customer, she asked me to leave. I respectfully did so, but Never will I ever go back to that place when 1, your workers can’t admit their wrong doings and 2, more importantly can’t take accountability. And from what I’ve read here in the comments, this lady gives ALOT of people issues. Maybe someone like doesn’t have the “ leader “ quality’s subway strives for
All the staff members were not friendly and couldn't hear them at all when asking about the sandwiches. I asked for mine toasted and the cheese wasn't even melted.
