  The older woman who is the manager is actually terrible. Not only is she terrible at her job, she also clocks out and comes to MY PLACE OF WORK to harass the staff at my job as well as cause unnecessary problems for me and complain to me and my manager about issues she makes. She is the same way at every other establishment as well because I’ve seen it firsthand. She is very loudly politically bigoted and she lets everyone know about it. She has been extremely bigoted against me and other people at this establishment and others.

  You guys genuinely need to get a new manager (older lady with gray hair). I got the wrong sandwich in the drive through (totally fine, it happens). I went inside to get it remade and the manager loudly berated all the employees IN FRONT OF ME for mixing up the orders. The employees were all very sweet and welcoming and remade my sandwich (it was a great sandwich btw), but I am appalled that she felt comfortable enough to berate her employees in front of customers. The employees looked bummed, and I was ALSO bummed because it literally wasnt a big deal. I did not mean to unleash Wrath on minimum wage employees lol. It is just a shitty thing to do to your employees. Its fast food, sometimes people mess up orders. Its literally fine. I genuinely hope that the guys working have the best day and don't have to work with this lady for much longer. The other reviews suggest this lady is a problem. Upper management, get your shit together and fire her.

  Bad service, I made an order on line for pick up last night and the guy threw me the sandwich, this is not the way to treat a customer and more when you’re handling food. Need to train your people to treat every customer same way no matter what cause I paid for my food it was not free.
