  I have had nothing but problems with this terrible company. Everytime a package is delivered, itss late. I even had a package delivered in shatters. It had been clearly dragged across the ground. I told Fedex about it andsome blonde woman said, "we arent responsible for your packages." Then who is?! And now, with a new recent package they are telling me the weather is delaying my package now. I live an hour away! I know what the weather is doing in this area. They are the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. Don't EVER use them.

  Great FedEx location. I was shipping a medical item overnight. Their phone system clearly lists the last pick up of the day. I dropped my box off before last pick up and it was on its way that night. It was delivered to its destination on time and still frozen.

  Customer service rep stated the merchant provided the wrong address for shipping, but screenshots don’t match. Package made it to Grand Forks only to be sent back. Ship date was June 26 and still have not received.

  Fedex is complete trash they don't bother following deliver instructions. If you call the place they won't help you with getting your order despite the delivery drivers going there to pick up the orders to deliver to everybody. The local FedEX workers just want to send you to Indian Customer Service where you can hardly understand them. You'd think by 2026 they would have Customer Service with people that are in the US but guess not. They also tried delivering someone else's package to the wrong address, it wasnt even the right building either!
