Its the end of May and I have still yet to receive it, after many visits, nothing has happened. Driver refuses to leave my package at my door after I have authorized release without signature. Seriously ridiculous

She was trying to return a few items but there was confusion between them and the employee helping her , I don’t remember her name but she had a septum piercing , was increasingly getting more and more upset with this costumer. Was making multiple comments about how she’s worked there for five years and never has had this issue, rolling her eyes, left to go get her manager but then came back a few minutes later to bicker more with this costumer. I come in to this UPS fairly often and nothing negative has happened to be besides passive aggressive attitudes but it seems like every time I come in this employee with the septum piercing is always getting into a yelling match with costumers.

No greeting, rolling their eyes, the last time they just ignored me to mess with the radio until I was like hello?? Can I return this? Then proceeded to act like I killed their dog and had terrible attitude. I’ve tried to bring this up before and nothing changes. If you like rude staff that never change this is definitely your store.
