  The workers here have always been so kind! I only go to this UPS location because I know they will treat me with kindness and respect! By far the BEST ups location!

  Cassie helped me with the planning for my daughter‘s wedding. She was absolutely wonderful! I am not good with technology and she jumped right in and assisted me never making me feel inferior and was very professional at giving her opinion but yet letting me decide on what I thought was best. She helped with programs, signage and made everything easy and stress-free! thank you, Cassie!

  Jay at the 13th Ave location helped me ship a very delicate item that needed to go to the east side. I was really nervous because of the item being shipped had to be handled and packaged very carefully and that my customer receiving it needed to arrive as is. The customer did received it and said that it was packaged extremely well, almost too much but that’s what I wanted to ensure nothing happened to it. Jay was very nice about explaining what he would use and super detailed on the process. Thank you!!
