  I was dropping off a couple returns for my daughter. I had not personally returned an item to this location before. Logan invited me to step up to his station. He kindly informed me that the two returns and return labels I had handed him, were to be in a bag or box. He asked if I might have such items in my vehicle. Then he went on to explain, if not, he had bags on hand that would work. Seamlessly, he produced the bags, and for a minimal charge, my exchange was quickly and kindly complete. He further explained the tracking instructions to pass on to my daughter. Logan was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and quick. We could use more Logan's in the work force!

  Chase helped me out after my husband passed away. I needed to ship a fragile antique heirloom rocking chair to my sister in law. He was sensitive to the situation, efficient with problem solving, and even sent me photos of the careful packing process. Chase set me at ease with his professionalism and I knew the chair was in very good hands upon leaving the store. Thank you, Chase, from the bottom of my heart!

  I like coming to this UPS store ! The location is easy to find and get to with a lot of parking. Olivia was great she was very patient and helped me get what I needed to get my packages returned.
