  Shipped a package for $120 with insurance to Utah, was under the impression they would leave it there if owner wasn’t home if he signed the slips that were left on his door. Instead of calling me to check anything while the package was still in Utah they sent the package back to Fargo and expected me to pay another $120 to ship it back. Backwards in my opinion, but I will not be using UPS services again. *This review is on UPS and their policies as a whole, not based on the store nor its employees.

  On my recent visit to the store I was greeted by Logan. He helped me alot. Very patient, knowledgeable, kind, tech savy, customer service focused, and very pleasant and professional. Outstanding customer service from Logan.

  Amari is so amazing. She is kind , helpful, and so friendly. She is always great to work with. She has carried items for me as I cannot lift heavy stuff. She is my favorite associate here!!

  I absolutely love this UPS location! The staff is always attentive, kind, hardworking, and brings such great energy every time I visit. Before I moved, this was my favorite UPS location, and honestly, none of the locations I’ve been to compare! While visiting, I made sure to stop by again, and I was so happy to see one of their best employees still there. Josh is absolutely incredible, friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond. The rest of the team is amazing too! I was almost worried they had closed when I arrived, but then I realized they had simply moved to a bigger location, which is so well deserved. I’m so glad to see this team continuing to thrive. Highly recommend!
