Honestly, FedEx has the same level of precision as that one person who keeps saying “I’ll do it tomorrow.”
Every single shipment: “Your package will arrive Thursday.” Then Thursday comes: “Actually Friday.” Then Friday arrives: “Now expected Monday.”
At this point, the estimated delivery date feels completely meaningless. I’ve had around 10 recent shipments and almost every single one got delayed and rescheduled multiple times.
The frustrating part is that other companies like Amazon, UPS, and United States Postal Service usually manage to be way more accurate with delivery estimates. With FedEx, it constantly feels like: “not today… maybe tomorrow.”
I understand delays can happen sometimes, but when it becomes the norm instead of the exception, it’s just bad service and unreliable communication.
