  Had 15 packages to drop off. They were already labeled and ready to go. The guy behind the counter was unable to scan them and told me it was my label printer that was the problem. I asked him if he could type in the tracking number and he said no, they couldn’t do that. I told him Goin’ Postal never had a problem reading my labels and he said “Well go to Goin’ Postal then.” He Also told me to have the post office scan the labels. He apparently did not know that you cannot drop off Fedex ground at the post office. They will not accept them because the mailing has to start at FedEx and is completed by the post office. He was completely unsympathetic and also rude. I went to Goin’ Postal And they were able to scan in all the packages. Also, they said they would type in the tracking number by hand if they could not scan it. Fedex was unwilling to do that. An awful experience made worse by the rudeness of the employee. This occurred Wednesday 5/27 at approximately 3:30 PM.

  Used to go there years back and the workers were rude. Stopped in recently, Wayne was super helpful and the lady was nice too

  I've had issues with FedEx in the past, but this location took excellent care of me when I was fed up with USPS. Five stars for Anthony and Karina (forgive me if i spelled that wrong!) - thank you both for making my bad day a little better!

  Who came up with this policy where by your United State Of America ID isn’t good enough to pick up package on hold. Who did? Who’s the one that challenges America?
