So, as I walked in a customer was speaking spanish which I am fluent in " saying he had no address" since he was a migrant. The representative asked me if he could use my personal address so he could get a phone plan. Of course, I said no, for obvious reasons. Privacy reasons. The individual left. When I asked for a new phone, a new number, and was willing to pay in full. I was told "NO, sorry we can not help you, go online, maybe they can help." I again asked and stated I need a phone and service immediately, due to very important circumstances, like my daughter just had my grandchild, and my current phone and service was absolutely awful. Again I was told " we can not help you" I was a Cricket customer since 1998...OK, I went elsewhere, got a new phone, new number and 2 day shipping for $53 and some change. STRAIGHT TALK. Go there for ZERO Hassle with better sevice and plans. Thats coming from a 28+ year cricket customer who was refused ANY service because I'm an American! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
