  The service was quick and I was in and out of there after less than 30 minutes. I got everything sorted and they made sure to take their time explaining things. I do wish they had seating for the people who come in and have to wait. There was a couple that came in just after me and there was no one to help them. So they stood and waited the entire time.

  So, as I walked in a customer was speaking spanish which I am fluent in " saying he had no address" since he was a migrant. The representative asked me if he could use my personal address so he could get a phone plan. Of course, I said no, for obvious reasons. Privacy reasons. The individual left. When I asked for a new phone, a new number, and was willing to pay in full. I was told "NO, sorry we can not help you, go online, maybe they can help." I again asked and stated I need a phone and service immediately, due to very important circumstances, like my daughter just had my grandchild, and my current phone and service was absolutely awful. Again I was told " we can not help you" I was a Cricket customer since 1998...OK, I went elsewhere, got a new phone, new number and 2 day shipping for $53 and some change. STRAIGHT TALK. Go there for ZERO Hassle with better sevice and plans. Thats coming from a 28+ year cricket customer who was refused ANY service because I'm an American! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

  David was super helpful and patient. He helped me get my phone reactivated after being with another carrier. The process went by fast. In and out in 15 minutes.

  I have had a great experience with Cricket through the last few years of having service through them(still do through the company itself), however I recently bought a new phone from the store on 13th in Fargo and had a bad experience. When I purchased a phone I made sure to ask(and confirm) with the associate working that day that if I returned the phone within the 7 day time frame I would get a full refund except the $25 store activation fee and that is what he advised( was buying a cheaper phone to try out and see if it worked for my needs). Turned out the phone was not going to work for me so went to return it on day 5 and when all rung up I would get a very small portion back (~$40 of the $150) when I asked about the conversation 5days earlier (just happened to be same associate working), it was acknowledged that I was informed that it would only be the $25 activation fee taking out but now that I was returning it there were additional undisclosed fees that were being charged. Had I known about those additional fees before hand I would not have purchased the phone. Needless to say for the price they were going to give me back I kept the phone as a backup in case one of the families breaks to get through for the time being.
