  This afternoon, I stopped at Subway to pick up my order and quickly realized I had accidentally placed it at a completely different Subway in another area. The staff at this location were incredible. They immediately helped me try to contact the other restaurant to see if my order could be canceled. When we realized it was too late and the order was already being prepared at the other location, they went above and beyond by making me a fresh meal here—even though the mistake was entirely mine. After a long and difficult day, that simple act of kindness meant more than they probably realize. They never made me feel embarrassed or foolish for my mistake. Instead, they showed patience, understanding, and genuine compassion. Mistakes happen, and today I was reminded that a little grace can make a big difference. Thank you to the wonderful staff for turning a stressful moment into one that restored a little faith in humanity. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
