  The staff is always pretty kind and welcoming and it’s clean. This is my favorite Subway in Bismarck.

  Came in Wednesday the 1st at 5pm, dude w tats was nice, the dude w the gray beard and the chick were less than awesome! No one greeted me, at first I was the only customer, after standing there a literal minute without being acknowledged, the chick finally said “I’m gonna make this online order, one of them will help you” proceeded to wait for dude to finally put gloves on to make my sandwich! Then another customer came in, and he decided that was the time to rearrange the bread while she just stood there! -10/10 would not recommend for customer service, glad dude w tats finished my sandwich, cuz he was nice

  We ordered online at 4:30 to pickup at 5:20, and ended up having to wait until almost 6. Horrible service and customer management.

  All the guys working today(02-19-2020) were so sweet and working fast and the place was clean. Even was greeted by all three!
