One of the staff wasted an incredible amount of my time and gas with a piece of poorly thought out advice. An I don't know does wonders. Granted fault lies on my own side for not following up to verify

Holly Murphy is the example of what Customer service should be anywhere and everywhere. Excellent service with a smile. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated her patience and determination to make our experience worthy of this review.
