    I cant comment on if the food is good or not. But the service was definitely interesting. I Made it all the way to check out just to find out the store owner doesn't accept coupons. Then be insulted by the cashier saying "my coupon looks fake anyways". Is the best customer service they provided. Having left empty handed from the store I wonder what was worse having to prepare two subs that will potentially go to waste or be eating by the cashier. Or the fantastic service.

    We get Subway coupons mailed to us quite frequently and we live off of Pearces Road so naturally this Subway location is closest. My husband & I were each going to use a coupon tonight for dinner and once we presented the coupon at the register, we were told: we dont do coupons. WHATTTTT. SO why are they constantly being sent to my house? How do you not accept your own store coupons? Make it make sense. We will no longer support this Subway location.

    Ordered a toasted sub online. Order was to be ready at 12:55. Get to the store at 12:56. Subs were cold to the touch and not warm at all. Asked the cashier to please remake my order or to refund me. I was refused both. The manager then accused me of cussing out her employee and threaten to call the police on me. Worst service I have ever gotten at a Subway.

    Order 2 footlongs, & subs were cold that was supposed to be toasted. Asked to remake and it was a problem, manager and employee was very rude dont recommend going here

    Visited Subway in Zebulon on Friday night March 20 about 6PM and saw a male worker bending over taking care of garbage with half his behind showing, plumber style. He stood up, pulled his pants up and walked behind the counter and asked if we wanted to order something. He already had gloves on taking care of the trash. He did not bother to even change them, much less wash his hands and was about to handle our food. My husband asked if he planned to change his gloves and he looked at him like somebody just slapped his grandma! Didn't say a word to us....just looked at us like we were crazy. I wonder how many people eat their food unknowingly with this man's filthy habits. We turned around and walked out. Never will go back.
