I’ve been eating Subway for years, and honestly, it’s disappointing to see how much the overall quality has gone downhill compared to what it used to be. This visit was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was genuinely nice. The staff was polite, patient, and made the sandwich exactly how I asked, which I do appreciate.
However, the biggest issue was the bread. It was not fresh at all—dry, slightly hard, and tasted stale. Fresh bread used to be one of the main reasons people chose Subway, and when that’s missing, it really affects the entire sandwich no matter how good the toppings are. The vegetables and cheese were fine, but stale bread overshadows everything.
Subway used to feel like a reliable, fresh option, but lately it feels like the quality has slipped while prices have gone up. That’s frustrating as a long-time customer. Good customer service helps, and the staff did their part, but the food quality—especially the bread—needs serious improvement. I hope this location and Subway overall take freshness more seriously again, because that’s what built the brand in the first place.
