  Went in to purchase a new phone and the representative was super rude, completely disregarded me, and when I was asking questions about the phone it seemed like he didn’t want to answer them. I forgot his name but he was tall overall the customer service from him was disappointing. I typically loved this store but after this won’t be coming back here!
