  I visited The UPS Store in Winterville, NC this morning, and I felt compelled to leave a review because of the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the experience was pleasant and professional. The young lady who assisted me (Terminal POS7350A, Employee #203532) was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and made sure that every detail of my package was correct before sending it off. She didn’t rush the process, and she made sure I understood everything, which I truly appreciated. What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond. She demonstrated genuine care, professionalism, and a positive attitude the entire time. In today’s world, it’s not every day that you encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and provides service with excellence. Because of her, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She is truly an asset to this location and represents the company very well. I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves—whether that be a raise, bonus, or formal acknowledgment. Thank you again for such exceptional service!

  I think that this is one of the best UPS stores I’ve been in a while. It was clean and I had the best pleasure experience with a worker named Jessica. She took care of all my needs with my shipment.

  Love this store and its convenient location! My last visit I was helped by Reygan and my experience couldn’t have been better. She was quick, polite and super helpful. Her smile as I walked in made my day better!

  I’ve always had a good experience at this store but I wanted to give a shout out to “Reygan” who, with a store full of people and some of them not so nice, keeps her smile on and provides great customer service! Keep it up!
