  I have used this place several times with no issue but today when I went in to get something notarized the employees informed me that they don't have a notary and haven't had one for several months. Yet the sign for a notary remains in the window and when you search for a notary online this store still comes up.

  The experts that assisted me that day were super busy and a bit overwhelmed when I came in, but they were extremely considerate and the most professional. The young lady who I believe may be a manager was also training a new employee. She was stressed, but she was very cordial…friendly, and intentional about giving a great experience to everyone that was in line. Both employees apologized for the wait…but it was no problem…they HANDLED BUSINESS and I was so relieved. I was in and out with no stress and wanted to bring them coffee back to help smooth out the rest of their day.

  Abysmal customer service. I only had to drop off an Amazon return that I had boxed and already printed the label for. They were four employees working and none of them made any effort to acknowledge that I had even walked in. I was the next person in line behind the two incredibly complicated cases already at the counter, so the least they could’ve done was made eye contact, but somehow that must’ve been too much to handle. I stood in front of them holding my giant, heavy box for almost 10 minutes before someone looked my direction.
