  I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts, and I especially want to recognize Dylan S. for truly top-level customer service. It’s rare these days to find someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. Dylan was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer questions, explained options clearly, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. His attitude and attention to customer service made a huge difference. Advance Auto Parts is fortunate to have an employee like Dylan representing their business. I’ll definitely be returning because of this experience. Highly recommend!

  I absolutely cherish the people that work here. Every time I walk in. They always put a smile on my face. Most importantly they always take care of me. I rarely have to come back as well. Their parts are genuine and work great. I just primarily come back just to say hello.

  The service is superb. They checked my car battery, removed and replaced it. They are courteous and polite.
