  Smug worker, apparently we charge for tape. Called the store later on and was told by another employee they don’t. Ridiculous

  The staff at this location are excellent. We came in to be fingerprinted. The machine/scanner is very glitchy & a real pain, but Antonio was there to help us. He was very patient & very helpful. When he had to step in the back for an appointment, he instructed us to ask another employee for help, if we needed it. That employee, I didn't get his name (maybe Cameron?) came over to check on us & offer help, as well. Very friendly staff. I haven't had this type of A+ customer service in ages. Well done, Antonio.

  The bitter old woman working today 4/11/26 was telling other customers lies about title notarization. Yelling that it was “ILLEGAL to notarize a title with only the seller present”. It may be against your store policy, but she shouldn’t be telling people it’s illegal because it’s not.
