  I hate ups. Your drivers FAIL to deliver things correctly and dont bother to read house numbers. Due to YOUR DRIVERS CARELESSNESS I almost had to hope and pray my neighbors would be honest and give me my package which contained my $1100 laptop for starting college Monday. Thank you so much for giving me an anxiety attack on top of a crushed package. Luckily the laptop was okay. Do better. The only thing that made it better was the kind associate that helped on the 1800 number.

  Every time I come into this store Maria is not helping, rude, condescending and flat disrespectful…Her behavior towards PAYING customer’s is out right disgusting. She is a reflection of UPS. And this is not a good look. I will never come back to this location. I have been to the Clemmons location and have always received amazing customer service.

  The rudest people. I rent mailbox here. What a big mistake. They wont even send out a prepaid USPS for me. I've never had a UPS store say no. I was looking at a big stack of outgoing USPS on floor. This franchise is trash. Any other store cares about community and those near by. These are not good people. Anybody with a policy like that says allbyou need to hear. The lady was smug rude. These type of franchise owners dont care about community. Dont give your money to these owners. Looking at other reviews it makes sense. The replies look like AI as well.
