  I had an exceptional visit to this newest location. I unfortunately forgot the names of the two gentlemen I met there but they were very helpful and professional. This is by far the most convenient location in Winston-Salem, right next to the former House of Health location. The only minor downside was that I called ahead to confirm if it was an official UPS store but I didn’t receive a response. However, I still decided to go and I’m glad I did. Even with that small issue, I would still rate this location well above 5 stars if possible. It is a brand-new store that hasn’t even had its grand opening celebration yet, so I’m confident that small communication issues will improve over time. Overall, a great experience and a very promising new location.

  The UPS Store on East Hanes Mill is newly open with a staff of knowledgeable individuals ready to help you with Amazon Returns, Happy Returns, At&t, Spectrum, and many other Returns. As well as shipping, printing, Notary Services, and more! Open 7 days a week this store is my go to already.
