  09/16/26 - Arrived at 5:20 P.M. - The entrance door was locked. There was no sign on the door. Lights were on and there was food in the containers where sandwiches are made. A few other customers and I waited thinking maybe it was a solo person working who needed to use the restroom or something. About 5:28 P.M. a young woman peaked her head out from the door leading to the back/restroom area and then quickly closed it when she saw a person at the door. A few minutes later the woman came out from the back wearing headphones and carrying a bag. She started restocking chips. Even though the headphones were noticably not 100% covering her ear, she did not acknowledge a knock on the door nor the customer standing there for 5 minutes within her view. A sign on the door would be a simple way to let customers know changes to operating hours.

  We went in the store today and it was a little busy, the guy working behind the counter was alone. He had the bread door wide open and was checking out other people wearing gloves. After they left he touched other things at the register and then went back to helping the guy in line. He didn’t change gloves at all and was touching other things. The veggies were low and all mixed together. We walked out.

  Yesterday 8/26 I came in to get sandwich. The guy at the register took my cash with gloves on and then walked to bread container. Without changing his gloves grabbed some bread and began making a sandwich. I even asked out load shouldn’t you change your gloves. No response. Never even looked up. No wonder people are sick. Wash your hands and change you glovers after every order.

  So, we ordered a protein wrap & were told they come how described; no substitutions. I understand that but I can't eat lettuce so I asked to replace w/ spinach. I was told no. They were out of tomatoes so again I asked if I could replace w/ spinach. Again, told no. So basically, I didn't understand. Also ordered a 6" turkey sub of the day but paid extra to make it a footlong. I was still charged normal price. When I asked the woman behind the counter she said she didn't know how to make it the special price. The toppings that were in there were all old looking. The lettuce had turned a reddish brown color, onions were almost translucent, no tomatoes, banana peppers were all seeds, etc.

  Doesn't follow change rounding policies that the other stores do. Shorting the sandwiches on the meats. Not following the subway ingredient list. Service is terrible since new manager. Hopefully it'll have to close soon and someone else will take it over. Wont be back till then.
