  I had an excellent experience at FedEx thanks to Jarret. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, friendly, and funny, making what could have been a stressful shipping experience much easier. I needed to ship a piece of artwork that had to be carefully rolled and packaged, and I was honestly a bit confused about the best way to handle it. Jarret patiently walked me through the process, helped package the artwork properly, and made sure everything was secure for shipping. What impressed me most was that he took the time to find me the best shipping rates while still meeting my delivery deadline. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping customers save money and get exactly what they need. Jarret’s professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made a lasting impression. FedEx is fortunate to have an employee who goes above and beyond for customers.   Beware of this location the drivers and the managers are scammers. We recently had a lost package which took them days.. And we have informed FedEx about the sensitive information inside the package and THEY STILL OPENED THE PACKAGE with my personal information. I’m filling a police report today for identity theft to get this investigated. Opening someone mail is a felony and I will not let this go like my last $500 package that was lost via FedEx last year. And the footage of the truck just pulling up and not even coming out and marking the package as delivered. At this point I am sure that management is in on it and they are stealing packages too while covering up for their drivers. Unfortunately, the facility that was sending the package to me only worked with FedEx. I will be filing a formal complaint and asking that facility to change the carriers because FedEx is not to be trusted. As you can see clearly in the picture, this is how my mail was delivered to me OPENED.

  Very straight to the point employees, very helpful And knowledgeable employees. How can you be considerate but yet no bs all business thank you have a nice day. And You walk out feeling appreciated. They have it down pack. Rushed out courteously.
