  I was expecting to be in there at least 20-30 minutes. No, I was the second person in line. The young man helped me find the correct tracking number within 7 minutes I was back in my Uber

  I had an excellent experience at FedEx thanks to Jarret. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, friendly, and funny, making what could have been a stressful shipping experience much easier. I needed to ship a piece of artwork that had to be carefully rolled and packaged, and I was honestly a bit confused about the best way to handle it. Jarret patiently walked me through the process, helped package the artwork properly, and made sure everything was secure for shipping. What impressed me most was that he took the time to find me the best shipping rates while still meeting my delivery deadline. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping customers save money and get exactly what they need. Jarret’s professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made a lasting impression. FedEx is fortunate to have an employee who goes above and beyond for customers.
