This is literally the only thing I can do at this point, my package was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered and when I try to talk to someone all I'm met with is a chat bot, a voice assistant. I don't understand how fedex stays in buisness but it is a genuine miracle. My package was brought to me by the person who received it, a rare quality in humanity these days, same address different zip code but the zip code on my package is the correct zip code, so fedex doesn't pay attention to detail

This FedEx is okay if your order is straightforward and pretty standard. Heaven help you, though, if you need a custom solution. If your request is outside their established settings, which are remarkably narrow, then you will spend more time and money than seems worth the effort.

I walked in and finished getting my data together and print a label and buy a box and send a package but when I looked up there was one employee helping someone and three not far behind the first who just studiously ignored me and honestly though nobody there was a prize specimen, they seemed put off by me for some reason I can only surmise was related to my weight or blue collar attire. This location is a bit upscale but I was damned if I was going to beg for help from any of the three fellows clearly set on working as little as possible and ignoring customers.
It was like visiting Kinko’s in the late 90s. Absolutely horrible customer service. If you don’t want to be the latest Kinko’s to get flattened in the marketplace, it’s time to do something about the culture at the retail establishments
