  One of the worst customer service. Once they get the business, they don't bother about you. I had the worst insurance experience. I had Ken as the contact person who was not responsive. Gave me a lesser quote and increased the premium without notice. When I contacted them, I was told they had to increase because the home value was more than what was anticipated. This after few months of premium payment. Run away from them.
