  I came to upgrade my phone today. The two people who attempted to assist me were not very helpful. When I asked about certain phones that were in my price range, I got "It's okay" as a response. The woman attended seemed to not know anything about the phones that were displayed other than their batter life. When I finally chose a phone, rhe young man that rang me up explained nothing to me about the phone, nor did he inform me about whether or not I had to transfer over my old SIM card or how to transfer my contacts and such. Thankfully I knew how to figure this out, but it shouldn't be expected of me as a customer.
