Although we had to got to another location to purchase the phone we wanted since they were out of stock here, Johanna was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help. She would be a great example for the employees at the next two locations were very disappointing.

I went in because I thought I had cracked my phone's screen. The man working said I had only cracked the screen protector and I just needed to replace that. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't play on my ignorance to try and upsell me a new screen or new phone. I was impressed by his honesty.
