  Reynolda Cricket was clueless and unconcerned. University at least tried to find a solution. I am disappointed with this phone that has been discontinued in less than a year.

  Melody was dedicated and definitely on her job! As I walked in, there were 3 customers at the service desk. Two were together. Melody finished business with the guy. She asked me what did I need assistance with. I told her, I was referred by my brother and was told they had some very fast acting chargers. She helped me pick out the right charger, and assured me it was a great product. She has used that same one! We conducted our business and she continued to help the two customers that just purchased phones and service! I definitely recommend this place. Especially when Melody's there!

  Long time Cricket customer....time to get a new phone, so I visited this location. Excellent choice, as the lovely D helped me with everything I could possibly need for this decision. Great selection of phone gear , also. Thanks again D for setting me up!
