  Unsatisfactory I purchased over $100 worth of merchandise and get home and it doesn't work & a no-refund policy ok but to tell me that you can't even switch it out for a working product is unacceptable

  This location is convenient for us in the Old town area.The staff has always been supportive and patient whenever I need help with transferring service, new phone equipment, even explaining directions (countless times) ! I have tried other companies and found the staff at this Cricket location to be the best for cost, efficiency and customer service.
