  I want to take a moment to thank the staff at Advanced for helping me and my family on our trip back home. Specifically Austin and the rest of the staff. We were over 5 hours from home on our way back from Myrtle Beach and got towed there to begin the process of figuring out what was wrong. We started with a new battery because we couldn't test the alternator without the vehicle able to run. Austin and staff were very kind and allowed the rest of my family to stay inside out of the heat and even offered drinks and access to the employee restroom while waiting. It ended up not being the battery, but the alternator. Unfortunately they did not have the model I needed currently in stock but was quick to recommend trying the other company across the street, which did. Then we began the process of finding a place able to replace that. The staff was still very kind and allowed us to stay in there in the A/C out of the sweltering afternoon heat even though we no longer were customers of thiers while waiting for the shop to finish. All in all, very good people with great service and very helpful. Thank you again!!

  Very bad experience. I waited for about 25 minutes in order to someone can help me. Unfortunately they helped 3 customers that came after me ignoring me the whole time. Worst customer service. Not going back ever. Thank God there was an O Reilly across the street who helped me very fast and with respect.

  I was treated with great customer service and patience. The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. I came early and may have been one of the 1st customers, but either way, I loved the positive energy.
