    Wow. Just went in for 2 subs and had one worker with a massively bad attitude (the second worker also had an attitude but didn't come out until another customer came in) my BLT had no bacon it was added to the OTHER sandwich (a BMT) both incredibly sloppily made, bread not cut thru, ingredients seemed like they were tossed on and several were left off completely. Tomatoes WERE NASTY with stems and ends (See pic), and bread was hard as a rock. Behind the counter looked like the 2 workers had just had a food fight there was so much garbage around. How they had a 97.3 rating i could NOT say...honestly,the place should be shut down looking like it did...

    Customer Service was terrible , I asked to get a refund and they told me that they couldn’t do so. The worker that was on site had a very terrible attitude and told me she couldn’t remake my food or refund me. And also that I couldn’t speak with the manager. She continually argued with me and doesn’t show and customer service or care at all. I do not recommend that you spend your money here.

    There is definitely attitude at this location. The first server was rude and curt, the second one was fine. They were out of several items on the menu, and the food while decent was very overpriced. We won't return.

    Poor service! The worker has attitudes & shouldn't be working in fast food. I was there on 3/4/26 Napkins are limited. The workers are very unprofessional.

    We will not be returning. Store was not set up well: felt / looked dirty, chairs & tables were spaced out along the food line windows so I could not see how my food was being made (the original subway design). Staff member (young lady) kept me waiting for over 5 min while she washed dishes & then stayed in the back of the store while I waited for service. When she did come around, She rudely asked me how long I had been there and when I responded she said she was in the bathroom. She made my sandwiches terribly, was rude while asking me what I wanted on each one and left the register desk before I had to grab my own receipt and pick up my ripped open bag of sandwiches.
