  I recently moved to Windsor back in November. I got a job at the Foodlion so I discovered the Subway right away and looked forward to my favorite sandwiches. And I did they were great! I've got a new job now but still here in Windsor. Now it's September of 2026 and I went there to get our favorite sandwiches once again. It's been several months since been back. I walked in the door, and the whole place was a mess? I saw one table with coats and bags of chips like someone was at the table for hours. The swinging door to get behind the counter was hanging crooked. I did windows in my 20s professionally so I know windows, their window were pretty bad. I thought what happened since the last time I was here? This store is the only Subway in the area they should be the flag ship. There right off a major highway and they have this? I hope I caught them on a bad day. There's a lot at stake. Small town be your best, or let the town decline before our eyes for what your not doing. I dive to the nearby cities to get the best, they will too if you do your best. James

  It's almost 11am, and they are not open. Their hours say 8-10pm on the door and website. Save yourself the trouble and don't stop at this location.

  Ordered 6 subs only got 5. Tried multiple times to contact by phone about error and no one answers the phone. Let it ringing over 20 times each time. Attempted to contact o line and their automated response was "not working". $13 sub versus $7 gas to drive back...staff covered subs with napkins haphazardly thrown in the bag. Staff did not put chips in the bad. It kind of stinks because it seems like the weekday shift has it together. But I'm just gonna go elsewhere.. You would think a restaurant would notice multiple negative reviews in the last 6 months focused on staff attitude and messing up orders...so do they even read these things?

  Wow. Just went in for 2 subs and had one worker with a massively bad attitude (the second worker also had an attitude but didn't come out until another customer came in) my BLT had no bacon it was added to the OTHER sandwich (a BMT) both incredibly sloppily made, bread not cut thru, ingredients seemed like they were tossed on and several were left off completely. Tomatoes WERE NASTY with stems and ends (See pic), and bread was hard as a rock. Behind the counter looked like the 2 workers had just had a food fight there was so much garbage around. How they had a 97.3 rating i could NOT say...honestly,the place should be shut down looking like it did...
