  How you go to an establishment and proceed to order and your store has no fries and no corn, ok, so I asked just for chicken, the rep proceeded to tell me that you can’t order chicken only, it has to be a combo, I said well how is that if you don’t have any sides? She then tell me we have veggie sticks, so you think I’m going to pay for a combo with stuff I don’t eat, Wing Stop you have lost your mind!!!!

  I ordered dinner for three. Paid $55 and even left a donation to the foundation. I then proceeded to wait over an hour for wings and fries. When I finally received my order the food was cold, all the beverages were missing and 2 large orders of fries. Not to mention there was a hair on the wings. So thanks to wingstop for making me spend nearly $60 to not eat. Honestly worst takeout experience ever.

  Witnessed an employee handle mine and other customers food with no gloves . Also they’re so messy here and lack professionalism. I came here and they ran out of fries and that’s the only thing I ordered. How does that happen?

  Customer service is terrible.. if your job suck just quit and do better.. ignored me while I was standing in front of line and went to the person behind me.. would have been wrong if I snatched someone around the corner 💯.. probably just go to the one in Rocky Mount for now on
