  Total lack of incompetence, is the only way I can describe this location. Absolutely horrible. How are you going to have a package on the truck, out for delivery and then never make it to the destination, only for it to end up in a trailer with hundreds of other packages, to be delivered at a later date? This was all verified by a customer service rep at the location, so it's not speculation. Crazy!

  FedEx is the WORST! I ordered a package from Walmart and a package from Amazon….both to be delivered by FedEx. Got a notification at 7:46 pm that my package was delivered at 7:06 pm and signed for….but of course NO PACKAGE!! Call customer service to be given the run around and still NO PACKAGE! Speaking with customer service again feels like they’re feeding me bs in trying to “solve” the issue. To me I don’t believe they are and I’m completely annoyed. FedEx please do better because this is ridiculous!!

  the slowest shipment center I've ever seen on gods earth how it take you 3 days to get to kenly and you in wilson it take 3 days by car just to get to California are y'all playing in people face just to play quit playing and give people their packages on time not do what y'all wanna do and bring it when y'all feel deemd is the right time to deliver a package absolutely ridiculous

  I needed to speak with a person but the automated system kept giving me the runaround. Still haven’t received the second package with my order. Tracking number says it has 2 packages only received one.

  Need drivers with some common sense. Had a big note on the door that said “Fed ex leave package please” with cars in the parking lot showing people are here with the Front door unlocked to the office and they still decided to put a “we missed you” note right beside the paper that says leave the package. Didn’t even have to be sign for either like just leave the dang package it ain’t that hard
