  Driver dropped my packages off at the end of my driveway by the curb!!! Pictures attached. Too lazy to pull into the driveway and bring it to the porch. This was part of a $4000 bed that was just set to the curb like it was garbage. Too boot the had another part of my order "on delivery truck" no attempt made to deliver rescheduled delivery for next business day! What the hell is that BS?? You literally have my package on your truck coming from a facility that's 6 miles from my house!!! An 8 minute drive and the driver decided not to deliver it???? Customer service was an absolute joke!!!! I don't think they understand they are accountable for the items delivered and at over $4000 item you would take better care. The worst part is this driver at 1pm was at the corner gas station of my tiny town goofing off!!! But couldn't deliver my package. Dropped off my other packages at the curb at the end of my driveway?? Something needs to be done ASAP! Update, DO NOT listen to customer service when they tell you, you can not pick up your package from the facility, they have no clue what they are talking about. The young lady with blond hair, (I apologize I have forgotten her name, damn old age) was EXTREMELY helpful!!! She not only found my packages but after verifying my identity she got them for me to take home! She and the older gentleman who was forced to help a crippled like me lift heavy boxes into my truck where absolutely wonderful! If FedEx had more employees like these 2 they would be back on top of the shipping world!! They get 5 stars 🌟 for their service and politeness!!! Her manager needs to give her a raise!

  Whoever was driving this truck today needs to have it taken away and there license as well. They merged twice into different lanes never signaled or ever once looked ran me off the road and another person. Total lack of awareness.

  Literally the worst fedex ever 2 days inna row zero attempts made to deliver my package and all I get is “yes that’s definitely a problem” if your delivery driver is Victoria expect your items to be late and not attempted to be delivered I even explained to them how one of the items were for my health

  I think they should have people knock on your door and let you know that they’re there because the man delivered my package on Thursday he did not knock at the door. He did not park in front of the door. He parked around. He parked back where I couldn’t see him and that’s not good. I just saw him by accident.
