    When I first walked in the girl told me I couldn’t order from the register she was standing at, that it had to be online. So I made an account and ordered online then they got my entire order wrong. I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing, mango hab and hot honey, and they gave me a 10 piece with two completely different flavors. The craziest part is it had my order on the sticker on the box it was in. Not to mention the restaurant was absolutely disgusting and the drink machine is always out of order ice and covered in grime

    So rude. Completely ignored me for 10 minutes while glancing over at me. Didn’t acknowledge me until a different guy walked over and started yelling for their attention, even then, he had to practically hunt them down. Unbelievably bad employees, who hired these people?

    I did an online delivery order and once it got to me i checked the bag and i was missing five wings .I called the store and they apologized and then told me to go to the store in five minutes for my order to be remade and since i had to walk there it took about 10-20 minutes to walk there and it wasn’t ready . Then in the back where they were making my food they were playing and trying to but the blame on whoever messed up then was going back and forth to see who was giving me my order and when one of my boneless wings fell out she picked it up with her BARE hand !

    Every time I order from this restaurant it’s always something wrong, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional including the GM and my order is ALWAYS WRONG. Either something is missing, the food is poorly prepared the order is incomplete and it’s starting to seem like they’re purposely are messing up the food. I ordered a ten piece bone in combo and 3 pieces tender combo, I only received 2 out of 3 tenders I didn’t receive the ranch that comes with the meal I also didn’t receive the LARGE ranch that cost about $5 I spend $48 just to have an incomplete order. Couldn’t even get the full order of tenders… The food was poorly prepared under season wings, soggy fries, and a sorry excuse for food. This store is really ruining Wingstop’s brand.

    Terrible every time I come order is pushed to the back and delayed like 20-30 minutes from estimated finish time when I ordered online I was told 6:39 I’m waiting at 7 and it’s not just once or twice either it’s every time I try to eat here
