  Moriah was exceptionally helpful !!!! I wouldn't not been able to complete a rather difficult pickup and delivery label transaction, I did not know how to do without her patience and assistance. She even stayed past the time she was to go home, In order to help me. I am dyslexic, I would not have been able to do this on my own she was patient and made sure everything was correct. Thank you Mariah!!

  My local UPS store is the best! Thank you to Ryan who helped us today with our precious packages and answered all our questions. I enjoy sending packages from my local UPS store. Will be back with more packages soon.

  I went in with a load of Amazon returns. I was a bit nervous at first not knowing how the volume of my transaction would be received. Ryan quickly called me up to the desk and began without a sigh or any sign of being disgruntled over the quantity of my returns. He processed the returns efficiently and with a smile on his face!   I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Porters Neck thanks to Ebony. She was incredibly patient, kind, and efficient while helping me with my shipment. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service is hard to find, and Ebony truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one!

  These folks are super friendly, efficient, and helpful. Today they actually saved me money too, because the clerk realized the items I was returning hadn’t been fully credited to my account. (I had ordered duplicates of 2 shirts, was returning them all, but only getting refunded for 2.). Grateful for his eagle eyes and that he cared enough to point out the possible issue, because I wouldn’t have noticed and would’ve lost money in the process. Many thanks! These guys have to wear a lot of hats, and they wear them well!
