  Was helped big time by employee Cody . Turned in Spectrum’s equipment and he was effectively helping not only myself but other employees and customers simultaneously. Five stars , my experience at that Porters Neck UPS was pure gold .

  I had a great experience at UPS. Ebony helped me out and made everything super easy and quick. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process hassle-free. I really appreciate the great customer service!

  I love this UPS Store, the staff is always so helpful. I went twice last week and the first time I had someone who had just started that day (sorry I have forgotten his name) and he was doing great! The second time I was helped by Ryan who is always so friendly and even gave my girls some lollipops :) thanks for always making it a good experience!

  The associates at the UPS store in Porter’s Neck are always friendly and attentive. During my last visit, Shadavia went above and beyond helping me send an overnight letter. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable in the different services that UPS offers.

  I cannot adequately explain how stressful a situation I was in when I went into the store to get some critical papers notarized. Ryan was calm and kind. He checked and double checked things alongside of me, made printed copies, sent digital copies, notarized and rechecked pages of documents. He made the whole thing as easy and painless as possible. I am so grateful for his help.
