  James was super helpful during my visit. I needed to print something and I am not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff lol and he helped me getting everything done . His customer service is amazing. He greeted every guest as they came in.

  Really impressed with the ups store! James and Julie made business cards and a flyer for me last minute within 24 hours. They went above and beyond and added QR code and looked up my website without me even asking! I will definitely be getting my printing done here for my business moving forward! It was also really affordable then most online services.

  I came in today to ship two boxes across the country. Dee was AMAZING- made the whole experience not only super pleasant, but helped me make the most economic choice regarding my shipping options. It was a pleasure to interact with the staff. There was a lady there too who was super friendly and chatted with me as well (I didn't get a chance to see her name tag, so sorry!) but this will be the store I go to for all my shipping needs. Great job!

  I stopped in the day of my daughter's birthday party with a bunch of things I needed printed (yes...I was doing everything last minute 🤦‍♀️). The store was busy, my phone decided it didn't want to cooperate, I was struggling to email the files, my battery was almost dead, and I was getting more and more frustrated by the minute. James and Dee could have easily rushed me along because there were other customers waiting, but instead they were incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They walked me through everything, stayed positive the whole time, and honestly turned what felt like a stressful disaster into something I could laugh about. It's rare these days to come across people who are not only great at their jobs but are also just genuinely nice human beings. I walked out with everything I needed for the party, but I also walked out in a much better mood than when I came in. James and Dee - thank you!! Your kindness made a stressful day so much easier, and I truly appreciate it more than you probably realize.
