  For one, fix your hours of operation on Google. Two, thank you very much for shutting your metal door over the counter as I was standing there without saying a word to me. Terrible employees, at least have the courtesy of saying “Im sorry our business hours have ended, please come back Monday and we will be happy to help you”. USPS should seriously take a look at the management and the employees working under them.

  My husband had his passport photo taken there. The photo was rejected by the passport office because he had on his glasses. When we went back to the UPS store they were not nice and claimed it was over a year that the photo was taken and their passport camera was not working. They never offered for him to come back to redo the photo. He had the receipt, that showed it was taken there, my husband only wanted a correct photo, not a refund. Very nasty attitutde by the owner. 1 star is too good for them, it should be -1.
