  I needed to shred some documents and heard that this new UPS Store offered shredding services. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. Chase greeted me warmly as soon as I reached the counter and was friendly, kind, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and stress-free. His excellent customer service made this a five-star experience. I highly recommend this UPS Store and will definitely be back!

  Every time I go there the staff is so friendly and informative! They greet you with a warm hello and ask how you are doing today. And, they always provide a flyer regarding their current sales. I have an option to do my Amazon returns at several neighboring businesses but always choose them!

  Chase and Mike were great. I needed to return two items, and I was pretty clueless about the process. They gave me space and time to get my things together, while offering help, and then when I was ready to go to the counter and actually process the two returns, they made it super easy, helping me navigate through my Phone app to get things done. I was a little overwhelmed at first, but they made it so easy. I know that may seem like a silly thing, but sometimes I struggle with those types of tasks. So super appreciative of how patient and kind and helpful they were! Keep colleagues like this in your business and you’ll to receive return visitors! Thank you

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at The UPS Store – Monkey Junction! Today I visited the Monkey Junction UPS Store and had to return a rather large exercise trampoline. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. Mike was absolutely fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing, was patient throughout the entire process, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Returning a large item can be stressful, but he made it easy and hassle-free. Heather was equally helpful and took the time to tell me about their current business card promotion—buy 500 business cards and get 500 free. That’s a great deal for local businesses, and I really appreciated her sharing that information. Lucas also provided excellent customer service, and together this team truly has it going on. It’s refreshing to walk into a business where the staff genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what they do. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, this team reminded me how important community still is. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. I will gladly go out of my way to use this location in the future and highly recommend it to anyone needing shipping, printing, returns, or business services.
