  I went in and ordered a sub and the sandwich maker (he said his name was John) made a sandwich for me. I couldn't see the sandwich or the meats that he was placing on the sandwich based on how the station is setup. Once he toasted the sandwich and was going to add additional toppings I noticed that it was the wrong meats on the sub. John stated that I requested a subway melt and that was not the sub that I wanted . Instead of fixing a new sub John stated that I "wasted food and that he was not going to waste anymore food." and threw the sub in the trash and refused to make another sub and stormed off. This is not the first time he was rude to me and I've been a long time customer of that particular subway l. I honestly think I am being discriminated by this employee who is a white male and I am a black female. His customer service was terrible. Even if I did ask for the wrong sub that is not the way that situation should've been handled. It could've been resolved differently and he could've been more understanding especially since I could not see the meats as they were being placed on the sub. I've never been rude or disrespectful to any subway employee and I don't appreciate the multiple terrible experiences that I have had at this particular subway branch and I will make sure to share this particular experience to others so they know the type of service they can expect here.

  Jack Is the most careful worker I ever? he made me feel comforpaul. He's a fast worker and he is so polite. Me and My kids Love him he was sitting there talking to my kids. He made us so very comfortable. I love coming in when he's working. He never screwed up on my food is always on point me and my family just loves him He always has a smile on his face.

  Well I wanted the supreme meats sandwich with no onions or tomatoes, proceeds to put tomatoes on my sandwich and then the lettuce without even asking because I wanted spinach. Server was quiet and disgruntled. They didn't want to be there. So now I have to go home and fix my sandwich properly. Plus the coupon doesn't work in Walmart stores apparently. Would've been nice to spend $8 instead of $11 on a sandwich I don't even want now. Never coming back to this Subway.
