  Mia is not a very customer friendly employee. She was very slow and didn't toast the bread like most subways do. The veggie patty is supposed to be toasted separately to prevent it from getting soggy. She only would put a few pieces of veggies on your sub so you had to ask after each one for more. There weren't any other customers in the building and it still took almost 10 minutes to order. She ignored my girlfriend and wanted til I paid to go see if she wanted a sub. Overall the food was fairly bad and not fresh ( odd as I thought their slogan is eat fresh) and the service, which to me is most important was not up to par.
