Everything I said regarding my order was met with loud sighs, rolling of the eyes and dirty looks.I left, didn’t want to risk the food coming out of that place, will never go there again
I’m going to start by saying, I haven’t been to subway in years because of the last few times I went, have a bad experience. My new job doesn’t have a lot of food options near buy. I decided it’s been years, it’s not the stores I have been to before, I’ll give subway a try again. Well, shouldn’t have. Went in and the young kid clearly annoyed he had to do work. Told him what I wanted, protein picket deals. I asked for no banana peppers. And he was quick to tell me we can’t swap anything out. I said that’s fine. As I’m about to pay, he tells me he had to switch out the provolone for American. I said, thought you were allowed to swap. He replied I had to because I’m out of provolone. I dont really like American, feel like if there were out, I should get the choice. Asked for a cookie, yeah out of those too. Disappointed I tried, I knew better.

I ordered online because I had a buy one get one footlong coupon. The special instructions weren't even read because my sandwich A. Wasn't double toasted with certain vegitables on it and B. Drowned it in oil and vinager to the point where my bread was soggy soggy! I asked my light mayo and it's was extra and the bread wasn't baked long enough it was terrible threw half of it away

Never going back to this subway put my order in online at 12 o’clock and they didn’t have my order ready until almost 1 o’clock and they constantly forget to add things on my subs that i get extra like bacon, sub crunch, etc

Need to clean the windows and ledges. Food and service was good, but the dead bugs and the smears on the windows is unappetizing.
