  The lady making my food was very rude. I told her what sub I wanted and then she immediately snapped back with “what bread” in a very rude tone. I’m partially deaf and sometimes have to have things repeated to me. I didn’t hear her the first time and she then got even more upset and started sighing and rolling her eyes like a I ruined her week. She then slung my sub across the counter and almost dropped it. She then took my friends order which was a shorter overall process and then said to him see how efficient that was. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism I experienced here, especially being the university restaurant. I will never be coming back here and will warn everyone I know not to as well.

  This one girl that works there I have seen her work at several locations out there on the campus. I think her name is Nicki. She was very polite to me on the register. She made sure I had my chips and my cookies in the bag. I got great service and the place was very clean.
