  Julian helped us today he did a fantastic job! Felt like talking with family instantly, definitely a good man and great customer service P.s he knows a dang good sandwich if you’re not sure what you want you can trust him.

  Workers always hiding in back on their phone. Multiple times I’ve had to call someone through the door. Also ordered one of the “pre made”sandwiches, dude asks what I want on it and I say watever comes on it and he maybe put a quarter of the listed ingredients on the sandwich compared to what it actually says it comes with on the menu right behind him. Also not even sure how a toasted sandwich comes out with the meat cold

  No customer service this evening. Must of been invisible. I live close but will drive to Leland from now on. Jimmy John's from now on.
